Firstly, I felt every single person working at this Lexus Deakership gave me a genuine good feeling in their greeting. Mousa Dalla was very cooperative and very clear with all details of the car. Very hard worker person. He explains every single detail of the car and discusses all other car options available at that time that help us to compare between them and choose the right car suited our needs and expectations. I'm very satisfied with my car and the service that I got in that dealer.
They overcame some difficult computer problems when installing the update to my GPS. They also had to ignore advice from Lexus US of how to fix my glove box. The update to my GPS required them to install and reinstall 7 times and each time it took an hour. Because of the inconvenience they included a free upgrade to my CD player that allowed me to download discs to the hard drive and each track include the name of the artist, and the name of the song. Moussa is a dedicated sales person with having in mind customer good relationship and interest. I wasn't sure to buy Lexus RX350, but Moussa convince me 100%. He explain all about the car show us several models and continue follow-up for satisfaction. I recommend Moussa as one of the best sales person.
Truly an outstanding car purchasing experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dealership is beautiful. Even the area where the mechanics work is very clean. The dealership also offers cold bottled water, hot chocolate and several varieties of coffee. I highly recommend South County Lexus to anyone looking to get a car!
It was truly a "December To Remember!!" We bought a new RX350 and our salesman, Franco, was great to work with. We felt our deal was very fair, so we added the chrome wheels and we are so glad we did, they really make our car look even better. The customer service in the service department when I came back to have the chrome wheels installed was terrific. If you are looking for a Lexus, I strongly recommend South County Lexus. Great Service!! We were well taken care of. Our car was serviced professionally and all promises were met. We are grateful to now have a place we can trust to take our automobiles.
