I visited the dealership to remedy a "noise" my 2009 ES 350 was making after my own self diagnosis failed. I pulled my car to the service entrance and was geeted warmly and explained my problem. To my astonishment the service advisor identified the problem within seconds. He explained what was to happen next and the timeline. He and the dealership met and exceeded my expectations. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends! Keep up the good work.

I have purchased two vehicles form this dealership. Mark Brownell is an exceptional service technician. Not only is he customer focused, but he is proactive about helping me keep my car in the best possible operating condition. He doesn't recommend actions/items just to pad the profits of the dealership -- he truly takes the time and makes the effort to explain what is needed and then provide options to make things cost effective. Great Service as usual. Drew was especially helpful. No problem getting a loaner car. Pick -up and drop-off is always quick and easy. The service people here are really there to be of service. When completed, your car is always washed amd ready to go when you are. An excellent dealership.
I went in for a part for my GS 300, purchased the part and realized it was much more difficult to install that I thought. I spoke to a service person out side and said he would help me out. I was so greatful that he was able to take care of me in such short notice. After having such a bad day it was nice to have some thing good happen.

My car had two service warning lights on, so I drove in to the service. The service man, Ronnie was available upon my arriving and understood what I was explaining. I got a call in that afternoon from Ronnie and explained to me what were the problems and their costs. He was sincere and his offer was reasonable. He rendered me the trust I need.
Worst experience ever. I bought a used lexus from them . As much as i tried to ask all the right questions, the sales person, Chris Ward lied to me about the condition of a major part of the front suspension , telling me the former owner had everything replaced. I drove the car back to Colorado only to experience issues during the drive home .
