My service rep, Ronnie, took great care of my car and myself. He caught a recall on the transmission power module I was not aware of and your technician found a leak and crack in the radiator which would have been bad had it continued. Not only that, Ronnie was able to save me about a hundred dollars. Thanks! Also, thanks for being able to take me about an hour earlier than my appointment time with my loaner ready.

Truly outstanding service doesn't quite describe my experience adequately enough. Eric Parker was absolutely awesome. I came in unannounced with what turned out to be a nail in my tire. Eric greeted me like an old friend, wrote up my order and had me in a loaner car within about 12 mins. One of my colleagues was with me and she was blown away with the "Lexus Way" of doing business. So hopefully she will be a future Lexus owner. Thanks again for truly awesome service!
Incredible service as always. Service quality was one of the main reasons I sold my BMW and bought a Lexus. The service at this dealership continues to demonstrate that it was the right decision!
I drove over an hour away to go to this dealership because they were so much more friendly than the one just 10 min from my house. The dealership was very clean. They offered us water and snacks several times. They are super professional. I was very happy.

The experience exceeded my expectations. My husband and I were buying a car for myself and I felt the staff catered to me and not him, which was nice. I appreciated that they were interested in what I wanted. Can't wait to come in for my first service!
Ali did a great job being informative and listened to my needs. He was exceptional in striking the balance between being helpful and not pressuring us which made the experience very comfortable. For Costco members also, check with the dealer as we got an excellent price and did not need to negotiate (always a plus)! Ali delivered the car to our home since the ext/int color combo needed to be delivered. Loved that he did all the synching with our cells and garage door opener!

In talking with my boss Paul O’Mara about my new car, then he asked who my salesperson was, when I told him you were, he said you were also his salesperson too!! What a small world, he said you are the greatest and I absolutely agree. Everyone there are very nice and personable, and you don’t get that pushy salesman act at South County!!!
