Mo was an outstanding sales rep. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, he listened to our needs and responded well to our financial requirements to help in the negotiation process. He also set me up with Ryan who was excellent in providing assistance with integrating my mobile devices, educate me on the new features and was very professional in handling my questions with patience and empathy. I am so glad that we met Mathew Clements to be our Sales person. It is truly refreshing to meet a sales person who is more concerned with our satisfaction and selection of the right car, than just selling us a car or telling us what we wanted to hear. He was very polite, understanding, thorough, straightforward, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all. Ted Bokhari knows how to make people comfortable when discussing Lexus automobiles. This is a rare characteristic that keeps me coming back to lease a new vehicle at South County Lexus. Matt in financing is also excellent. The service department at South County Lexus is the only place I have ever serviced my Lexus vehicles.

South County Lexus provided the finest car buying experience of my life. Thank you JR, Matthew M, Pat Lustig,and the entire South County Lexus team. After reading less than favorable reviews, I was initially hesitant to drop by. DO NOT LET OTHER PEOPLE'S REVIEWS DETER YOU! I almost made that mistake. Almost. I had the most amazing experience of any of my last 10 car purchases/leases over the last 35 years hands down. I am a customer for life/as long as I live in So. Cal. Phil Columna and Anthony Troxler made this experience painless and actually exciting and enjoyable which has never been experiences or emotions that I associate with buying a new car!

Thanks very much to Jason Thomas! He is an awesome guy and very helpful. He answered all my questions and got me in after talking over phone for a week. When there at dealer he was attentive and got me on my way in no time. I have bought a lot of cars, always luxury cars. The service provided by JR Rawitch was exemplary. I did not feel like i was being solicited.... i felt like someone cared about me, my car needs... and was there to make it happen. I regard SCL as family.... which is very weird when you think of it... but that's how i was treated.Love my new car. Great navigation system. Dr. NAL
