FOR DEALERSHIP RGD was great - as always. One thing though for the dealership - computers for the customers to use while waiting. Second time in 6 months - 1 computer would not connect to the internet. The other computer was being used by the salesmen and they would not let me use it. This is SO BAD!!!!!!!!!!! Please remedy this situation.

Bought a used suv last night. Price within range. Car been in the lot for 34 days and very dirty. Test drive and love the car. Next morning notice the left mirror has been silicone. Contacted sale Dan but sound like he is care less after transaction completed. He did acknowledge that the mirror is a safety factor but ....

Service department damaged my car during service, tried three times to fix it and made it worse, and every time they tried to fix it they spent the least amount of effort possible. As a result my insurance company had to pay for repairs. Daniel Garza was polite and professional, David Gee was personally courteous but rude in that he would not return phone calls or use his position in the dealership to get the problem fixed.

I used to go to Tustin Lexus that we bought 3 cars through. I will never go back. I have referred several people to Ron. He is the best!! Being a single mom I can't always do the maintenance my car needs all at once. He prioritized what is most important and makes me feel safe in my car. I had an ongoing problem for a couple years and after about 4-5 visits to Tustin on a car that was fairly new they told me nothing was wrong. I took it to South County and it was a major recall that solved the problem!!

I've never had such terrible service in all my life. Read on to hear about how South County Lexus is like the 7th Circle of xxxx My dad bought an ES350 here in January and recommended them so my daughter bought her 1st car here, a Blue 2007 VW New Beetle. From outside the car looked gorgeous. The paint only had one ding, the inside was very clean & the 10 minute test drive went well. If you are planning to purchase a Lexus, I advise you not If you are planning to purchase a Lexus, I advise you not to purchase it from South County Lexus. My experience with them has proven to me that they lack integrity and are not trustworthy. I prefer Lexus automobiles, but if South County Lexus were the only Lexus dealer in the world, I’d drive a Mercedes. My most recent experience with South County Lexus was a nightmare. After scouring the country for the right 2010 ES 350 for me I came across two that this dealer had that fit the description. I called on Sunday 2/12 and spoke with Ted. He gave me fair quotes on both cars and I told him that I would call him back the next day to move forward. However upon calling back the next day, 2/13, Ted gave me prices that were $1,600 higher than the previous days prices. As a result I asked to speak to his manager Fred for clarification. Let me first say we have bought 2 pre-owned Lexus vehicles from this dealership because it's the closet to our home. One is a 2001 LS430, and the other a 2004 LX470. We have brought both vehicles since purchase date to this dealership to have every single maintenance performed. Never said no to a $130 oil change!
