I will not buy another Lexus so as to not go to that service center . Just a bad experience over the years. Up charging me constantly. Rude, arrogant service department. Revolving door of people and dishonest. Write letter of complaint to GM Pat Lustig that never answered . Pompous and arrogant

Enzo picked me up after I was shopping a car online after I crashed mine. He was seemingly nice. Then he flip the script when I decided not to buy. They gave me a horrible interest rate (3.24) while Acura got me 1.99. He then refused to give me a ride home. Oh. And some rude salesman named Brian closed the door on me as I was behind him walking out.

I contacted South Coast Lexus with a comment through their Car Gurus listing for a 2000 Lexus ES 300. I asked two questions that could not be answered from the Car Gurus website, because no photos of the Lexus had been uploaded. What was the color of the leather seats? What this a 2000 model year "Platinum Series" edition? Salesperson Robby Hoffman responded with a boilerplate "auto-reply," ignoring my twin queries, and pressing me to come in for a test drive. I purchased a vehicle a week ago and understand dealerships make mistakes on payouts and sometimes it’s over or short but when I asked Mr. Hanson what was the reason for the 7 day delay of important information that finance knew about for a week. His response was; “I don’t know”. You are the finance director and you do not know is your response!?!? Mike McCann--service It's been a while since I've been here for any service as I usually go to Newport, and Mike was truly a pleasure to deal with; honest, knowledgable, not pushy in any way. After The Sale. They don't Care About You I worked with an employee by the name of Twee. She was nice and easy to deal work with. My issue is that the uesd vehicle we purchased according to South County Lexus had passed their inspection. Well just one day after purchasing the car I noticed oil on my garage floor. I had an appointment to take it back in and they found out it had a massive tranmission leak. Routine Maintenance Service on Lexus I arrived at South County Lexus at 7:30 AM on March, 2,2018. I was met by Davian who did necessary paperwork and then turned the car over to the service department. I witnessed through the inspection window , the technician remove my plastic floor mat from the drivers side and threw it in the trunk. He did not install a paper protective mat.and deliberately stepped on the carpet with his soiled. shoes. i now must try to restore the carpet to my standards. Lousy Scheduling Service We have always received the best service on all of the LEXUS we have owned. I don’t have any complaints with the people at South County Lexus, my problem is with trying to schedule my appointments. It used to be that I did my scheduling with a scheduler located at South County Lexus with out any trouble and all my questions and concerns were answered during my one phone call. Buyer Beware ! October 2016 my sister and I were shopping for new cars because then my leased ES250 soon would be expired. I also received a coupon from Lexus for possibility waiver of the disposition cost if certain conditions met. We visited this dealership and met with Mr. Ryan Rice, the salesman.
