They suggested or performed unnecessary service This is the second Lexus I have had serviced by this dealership since 2001. I have had two Lexus vehicles and always had the serviced here until last fall. The last two times I had my Lexus ES330 in for service, it has not been good. The first time was in August 2016. They did an engine clean procedure for $54.95 and AC power foam treatment for $139.94 without telling me about them in advance and they were not necessary. hood damaged Should not have made a 5 pm appointment. Seemed that they didn't want me there. When I picked up my it was parked oddly so that I had to approach from the rear. Didn't look at it until the next morning and there was a chip out of the paint on the hood"
15,000 check Service of 15,000 check was great. When called for pick up salesman said he was sending car to be washed. It should be ready for pick up in 20 min. I waited almost an hour after that call and then approached service valet- they said they were looking for my car. It took another 10-15 min until my car was brought to me! I will never come here, read why If i could give this dealership 0 stars i would. You are too aggressive on some suggested services Overall service was great & performed timely & well. You are bit aggressive on some suggested service items.. IE: Front end bushing replacement $1900.00 Further investigation by independent experts indicated service was not justified at this interval.

Just Satisfied. It would have been nice if Eric checked us out, he was too busy per the attendant. Since our bill was $844.00 we asked for a discount. His response was we do not give discount.

Recent Service visit I was there for a recall service visit. I called to make an appointment & learned that my regular service rep had left. Good business practice would have had me receive a call from the dealer & to appoint a new rep.
