Over and above Just wanted to mention the out of the norm effort that Chris made for me last week. I left my glasses in the loaner care that I returned. I spoke to Chris and he had one of the valets check the car but they weren’t found. When Chris called me back to say that they weren’t found I mentioned that I was sure that they were in the trunk. Chris went out himself and checked the car and found the glasses in the trunk. I came back the following day to retrieve the glasses, thanks to Chris’ effort. On the negative side... read more

Poor Customer Service I have not seen a bunch of crooks gather under the same roof. Misleading sales tactic, dishonest and horrible customer service. Poor management such as Andrea and Gina. Obviously no leadership.
Excellent customer service from Nassir - Great experience! Dealership was stocked with a good selection of the type of car I was looking for, Nassir was great and provided service for me throughout the process. If it were appropriate, I would have given him a good tip. Buy a used car someplace else, especially if it's not a lexu Once purchased and had issues with car, salesmen did not come through for me. They were reluctant to help since it was not a Lexus. I never expected this from a Lexus dealership. I thought I would be treated better.

Internet Sales People Lie! We saw a car (2015 Lexus RX 350) online for $41k. Took it for a test drive, immediately called on the way back (30 minutes) and left messages that we wanted to get the car. The internet sales (Gregg and Joe) didn't return our calls until the next day, despite their being open until 9p that night. reprogram my car for new car keys The two hour wait went by fast because of the great coffee and comfy lounge area. Service Rep. David Garza was very nice and sympathetic to my problem and had a little extra work done at no charge. But to have two sets of new keys made was ridiculous high and I don't blame OC Lexus dealership for that, I blame Lexus company itself. Warranty Issue The Service work was done perfect , however you should know that up to now I loved to deal with your dealership; your salesperson, Greg, your service department, Eric and the staff overall are extremely professional. All great...until the real problems begin. As the title states, all is great until the real trouble begins. You know the overpriced oil changes, regular service, the constant recalls...yes those are done fine. Until something gets missed, something that potentially later may cost you thousands of dollars in repairs, then they will just start giving you reasons why things are not their fault, and will try to get rid of you ASAP.
