Great Service Ronnie Crowe of the service department is a highly capable, courteous, and professional Service Consultant. No BS; attended to my service needs (new tires & alignment) at the correct price based on my on-line research. In and out in a loaner was super fast and easy. Contact from Ronnie with updates was timely. Car was done on time and as promised. The thorough "many point inspection" indicated a faulty component which was replaced under warranty. Great service! Easy no pressure process Internet process through USAA was fast and simple. Greg called us soon after I requested more information on the car we were interested in. We scheduled a test drive and found the car, a lease return, to be extremely well taken care of and the advertised price was very good, so we purchased it. The whole process was quick and easy.
