Had problem with brake, turn signal and air conditioner odor Daven Anthony once again helped us save money on the maintenance that needed to be done. He even found a defect that we didn't know and had it fixed. We have no problem recommending Daven to any of my relatives and acquaintance.

Efficiency is key. My experience with this dealership has always been painless and quick. This time I went in for service. It seemed the maintenance dept calls the moment some milestone/alert on my dashboard shows up. They schedule you within the week. They send text, email to remind you of your appointment. Fabulous Dealership to work with! My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from South County Lexus. Although we live near a closer dealership; South County is our preferred dealership to deal with. Everyone there from sales to maintenance are incredibly nice and attentive. They remind you of your upcoming appointments, update you on the progress, give out loaner cars if needed and if you chose to wait; the lounge area is roomy enough to spread out with work if you need to.
