South county lexus is a class act. Service men are always polite, car is always ready when promised. I bought my new car here too. This is my 5th lexus. I totaled a 350RX once and walked away without a scratch. I liked the cars better up til 2015. All the new tech is not my thing. I hate the car trying to drive/break for me. That's all overdone. It's only going to get worse.

The check-up was very timely, and was convenient because I was already there to receive my second key for my car. They even took an extra bit of time to polish out a strange little mark on the hood that had been there since we received the car as new. I was very pleased.

My wife and I have been a Lexus owner since 1991 and have purchased nine cars during this time. We've been coming to this Lexus dealership in Mission Viejo since 1994, we keep coming back based on the great services provided and their people.
