Excellent service, very prompt. Very clean prompt and professional. Communication was excellent. I received a call promptly when my car was ready. The car was ready on time and the wash job provided was excellent.

Repair on tailgate small scratch brand new car It was my own fault getting a scratch on the back of my brand new beautiful Lexus NX300 F-Sport so needless to say it was upsetting as I only had the car a couple of days. My salesman connected me with Daniel Garza, Service Mgr., who connected me with Kristopher Bigay who reassured me it would be fixed and look like brand new again. Great service to replace my tire I had a nail in my tire that couldn’t be repaired. So I called Lexus and they were able to replace my tire in only one and a half hours while I waited. I had purchased the extra tire service insurance when I signed the lease and didn’t have to pay for my tire!

Service I have been taking my car to South County Lexus ever since I purchased it and the service is always excellent! They are very accommodating and explain everything thoroughly. They don’t push extra things on me that I don’t need. They are very trustworthy.
