3rd vehicle purchased from South County Lexus This is the third Lexus I've purchased from this dealership. I always go back because it is a seamless process when purchasing there, along with the excellent customer service. The previous Lexus before this 2018, was in 2014, sold to me by J.R. Job Well Done Once again, my expectations were far exceeded! I scheduled an appointment the day before for routine maintenance. I received an accurate estimate of services required and was provided a nice loaner. It was so easy. I have always had my car serviced at Lexus because the work can be trusted by experts.

The service is outstanding. Recently moved from Texas, after federal retirement, and found out that there was a glitch in the service record completed by the dealership I obtained the car from. Isaac Lam and his manager worked with me and resolved the matter in very short order, which allowed my car to be serviced.
