The staff is wonderful, Very caring & friendly. It would be nice if they had a payment plan for the cost of the care they provide, however, I can understand their position on payment due at time of service.

Cosmo my Choc lab has been here twice. I love this place. I have always been treated fair with way reasonable costs. I love how they treat every pet like they are their own family members. Thanks guys and gals!

We had to take my son's pot belly piggy in to be put down due to a bad injury. The staff was amazing! They were sensitive and understanding. They did everything they could to keep Mabel comfortable and were great with my son. Dr Warner was very knowledgeable and everyone was so kind to us. It made the horrible experience easier to cope with. Thank you all!

I have taken Ace to many vets over his short 3 years of life and I have never had such a positive experience in the "handling" of the time in the room! The dog was relaxed and Dr Ko and his staff were so Proffesional and kind. Dr. Ko has so much knowledge it is so nice to have such a high caliber Doctor available in Colorado Springs.

I thought my baby broke his leg. I was an emotional wreck. The staff is super compassionate towards the pets and owners emotions. I felt like they actually cared unlike other places. They called the next day to check on my little one. ❤️
