The loan was handled professionally efficiently with no problems. The kindness that was extended was over the top. They held my hand all the way made sure everything went smoothly. I had no headaches would highly recommend them any time.

Wes and his team was extremely helpful during our home buying process. Explained all the expenses and answered all of the questions I had. As a first time home buyer he apologized in advance for all the documents we had to keep sending prior to closing. Easy to talk to, honest about prices, upfront about fees (if any) and always was reachable throughout the entire process. He was also able to get us a much lower rate than expected.
Initially I was a bit thrown off because the loan officer, Wes, was constantly bringing up an issue that had already been addressed, and it almost felt like he was a bit condescending and treating me like a child. After that situation was reconciled, things moved pretty smoothly. Unfortunately, the train came off the tracks on closing day, when I was informed that they had “forgotten” about a “MUST HAVE” document from me, that had to be filled out by my commanding officer (not so easy to get on a short notice).
