Jim is amazing - he was so helpful in getting us into our new home and expertly led us through the mortgage process. He thoroughly explained any questions we had and was available literally anytime day or night. He accommodated our work schedules to talk with us during off-hours, and he worked so diligently to ensure success for us, especially through the inevitable hiccups throughout home buying process. His positive attitude was really great throughout and put us at ease while we were waiting for the loan to go through.

Jake was a great asset in my home-buying process. From the start he was very knowledgeable and patient.
