The hard work and effort made by my lender . The process was explained very thorough. I am currently moved into my new home with the help and work from my lender. I enjoyed my experience working with my lender. We closed earlier then set date which helped a lot. My lender also helped to find the best grants available to make my home purchase less expensive out of the pocket money up front.

The worst part of buying a house is the back and forth. At the end of it I was happy with all service provided. I believe Don had my best interest in mind

Don does everything he can to make sure you get the help you need in order to purchase a house. He pushes people to make sure that everything gets done in a timely manor instead of dragging along. Great person to work with.

We were first time home buyers and actually switched loan officers to Tim and couldn't be happier about our decision.
