Chris went above and beyond in every aspect of the mortgage and approval process. He actually went and brokered out my loan because another company offered a better overall loan for me then his company could. Chris is truly committed to his customers and their respective needs.

Jake worked with my wife and I on our first home purchase. Throughout the process, Jake went the extra mile to explain each step, each figure on the balance sheet and what was coming up next. He also went out of his way to be available at times that fit our schedule. Lastly, he answered questions with a decisiveness and clarity that you don't often find in the real estate business. As my wife and I were total rookies in the home buying game, having Jake on board made the entire process immeasurably less stressful.

Tim walked me through my home purchase with ease. Couldn't have been happier with his responses, timeliness, and overall professionalism. This was my first time buying a home and every question and concern I had was answered and more. The process is more complicated now than it used to be...but that is beyond the buyer or lender's control. The loan closed sooner than expected. Great!!

I spoke to several several different lenders based on my realtor recommendations in Mount Pleasant and I felt most comfortable with Tim. Tim was very clear in his explanations, always answered his phone when I needed him and made the process simple. He under promised and over delivered. Not only were the closing costs less than expected he was able to lower my before I closed my loan. At the end of the process I consider Tim a life long friend. I will recommend Tim to all my friends and family.

Darien and her assistant Brandi are nothing short of amazing. We just purchased our first home and there was never a time that I couldn't reach Darien or a question went unanswered.
