I spoke to several several different lenders based on my realtor recommendations in Mount Pleasant and I felt most comfortable with Tim. Tim was very clear in his explanations, always answered his phone when I needed him and made the process simple. He under promised and over delivered. Not only were the closing costs less than expected he was able to lower my before I closed my loan. At the end of the process I consider Tim a life long friend. I will recommend Tim to all my friends and family.

Darien and her assistant Brandi are nothing short of amazing. We just purchased our first home and there was never a time that I couldn't reach Darien or a question went unanswered. I recently did a refi with Brian. Everything went quickly and I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. I did everything on-line and it was very user friendly. I have no ideas on how they can improve the service.

With this being my first home I knew nothing about the home buying process. Kristofer spent ample amounts of time with me, going through the process with a fine tooth comb. He always explained every possible outcome and reasoning for all requests and decisions made.

My fiancé and I decided a few months ago to begin the first-time home buying process. Our realtor referred us to Tim and I am so thankful he did! I closed on my house on the 13th September. During the process Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. Ss The entire process was smooth and hassle free. He was available whenever I called and he consistently reach out to me during each phase of the process. The original closing date was set for September 22, 2016. I closed on September 13 2016. With a child on the way, due on November 8 2016. Earlier closing make the whole experience even better. Very happy customer. Highly recommended Brian Picker.
