I cannot say enough about Tim and his ability to see our loan through. He went the extra mile for us in finding the best loan option. Buying a short sale comes with a lot of uncertainty, Tim was able to provide us reassurance and stability from day one. I HIGHLY recommend Tim to anyone buying a home or looking for a loan. Definitely superior customer service, very happy customers!

I reviewed several lenders before deciding to go with Kris. No one really compared in terms of his work ethic and dedication. His follow up to any questions I had was thorough and immediate. He walked me through the process and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered at a level I was personally satisfied. Both he and his assistants were excellent and capable stewards of my investments. I would most definitely go with Kris in future lending endeavors.

Kris worked very closely with me and my husband and helped us succes in purchasing our first home! Our situation was unique because of some issues with financing due to maternity leave, payroll, etc. He kept us super informed throughout the entire process and triple check everything. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lender.

Brian should be your first choice and only as a lender, whether you live nearby or across the country. We live several states away and were impressed by his online presence, though a little concerned at first doing business with someone we've never met or would meet. I was referred to Brian by my realtor / friend who refers all his clients his way. I quickly found out there it's with good reason. Brian was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He made the entire process extremely easy and quickly helped me through a few challenges I had to work out to get to closing. I am very happy with the mortgage rate he was able to secure for me and would recommend him to anyone!
