I would recommend Ryan & his team to anyone! He is extremely knowledgeable, always available (he took my calls while on vacation!) and has a great personality. This was our first home purchase, he was very patient with my endless questions, always put my mind to ease. He made a stressful process much easier then I ever expected it could be. Working with Brian was a fantastic experience. I have refinanced several times before, and this was the easiest most pleasant experience by a pretty large margin. I used to be in the financial/mortgage industry, and Brian knows his stuff inside and out. Almost everything could be completed via secure message and eDocuments, and Brian was phenomenally responsive. He has my highest recommendation.

I cannot say enough about Tim and his ability to see our loan through. He went the extra mile for us in finding the best loan option. Buying a short sale comes with a lot of uncertainty, Tim was able to provide us reassurance and stability from day one. I HIGHLY recommend Tim to anyone buying a home or looking for a loan. I reviewed several lenders before deciding to go with Kris. No one really compared in terms of his work ethic and dedication. His follow up to any questions I had was thorough and immediate. He walked me through the process and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered at a level I was personally satisfied. Both he and his assistants were excellent and capable stewards of my investments. I would most definitely go with Kris in future lending endeavors.

Kris worked very closely with me and my husband and helped us succes in purchasing our first home! Our situation was unique because of some issues with financing due to maternity leave, payroll, etc. He kept us super informed throughout the entire process and triple check everything.
