Highly recommend working with Jake. He helped us step by step through our whole home buying process and made everything so simple and painless! He is very professional and reliable, anytime we had a question or concern he answered in a very timely fashion. We will most definitely be working with him anytime we are ready to move again!

As first time homebuyers, I can't speak highly enough about the experience we received through Southern Trust and more specifically Chris Bufis. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond. While many people told us that the home buying process was daunting and that we would likely experience many issues our loan was as easy as could be and pretty much painless thanks to Chris!! If you are looking for a mortgage, Chris is a good place to start, you will not be disappointed.

Bill is very professional and very thorough. Communication was top notch and key to keeping this process moving forward. Laura Glasby was the perfect person for us. She knew her stuff and made sure we had all our documents ready before they were even needed. It made the mortgage process SEAMLESS. Her communication was on par, and any question was answered almost immediately.

Brian is a fantastic lender! We have worked with him over the course of several months; he is very available and highly responsive. We had many concerns during the home buying process, but he was always amenable ot working through things with us and extremely trustworthy. He is also knowledgeable, patient, and hardworking. He operates with a lot of integrity and I highly recommend him!

As a first time home buyer, I was more than a little leery of the whole situation. Kris immediately put me at ease by answering all of my questions before I could even ask them and even answered questions I didn't know to ask. He was referred to me by some friends that bought their first house with him almost 10 years ago, so he has plenty of experience and it shows.
