This is our second home purchase and our second time working with Jake. This time he helped us with our construction loan and refinance. Jake responded quickly to all my emails and was very clear in explaining the refinancing process. His team walked me through gathering documents and information and were patient with all my questions. They were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them.
Brian helped us with over ten offers that we put into houses, including helping us get the mortgage when we were finally able to find a home. He was always available to help with a pre-approval letter (which he did many of) and the paper work involved with getting qualified and finalizing the loan was made very easy through the system he uses.
