We had a great experience with our refinance. Brian made the process seamless and easy. He provided open communication and made sure al paper work was complete so we didn’t have to provide tons of documents along the way. There were no surprises at signing. I cannot say enough about how fast and friendly Brian and his staff is! This was absolutely painless and took no time at all, in fact......I did the whole thing from the comfort of my home in the middle of a PANDEMIC! We contacted Brian about a refi and the rates were not the best at the time. He called us a few weeks later to let us know the rates had dropped and locked us in. Brian did a great job keeping us posted throughout the loan process. He was always accessible and extremely pleasant to work with!
