Tate Felts of Southern Mortgage handled our mortgage on a condo purchase which closed yesterday. Even though my husband and I are retired attorneys the process seemed more complicated and confusing to us than it had in the past. Tate was 100% responsive in a timely way to our questions and concerns. We would recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I have worked with Brian a few times over the years, most recently in May 2020 when we refinanced the mortgage on our home. The whole process, from start to finish, was easy and painless. Southern Trust's iPhone app made the application process simple and Brian was very responsive at every step in the process. We shopped around out of due diligence but ultimately returned back to working with Brian P at Southern Trust. He and his team were flexible, fair, and thorough working with us on our refi which initiated before the COVID19 lockdown and progressed throughout.

What a fantastic experience! The Nic Gills Mortgage Team was able to guide us every step on the way to our first home. Nic took the time to sit down with us and explain in detail all our options and avenues that we could take. We looked and talked to other mortgage teams and we the attention to detail and service just wasn’t there with the other guys. Tate was with us throughout the whole process! Delivered and picked up paperwork from me at my work place, which was perfect since I didn’t have a curl a scan or fax machine all the time! Took our calls after hours and even weekends would answer our texts!
