We contacted Brian about a refi and the rates were not the best at the time. He called us a few weeks later to let us know the rates had dropped and locked us in. Brian did a great job keeping us posted throughout the loan process. He was always accessible and extremely pleasant to work with!

Brian does a great job finding ways to solve problems - he doesn't just provide the basic off-the-shelf solutions. And, importantly, he makes things simple for the mortgagor, which isn't always easy with these transactions.

Tate Felts with Southern Trust Mortgage was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had to change lenders two weeks before closing and they made it happen. I highly recommend Tate and Southern Trust if you want the experience divoid of the normal aches and pains of a home purchase.

Tate was very responsive, and had a strong pre-established relationship with my realtor. For a variety of reasons (including COVID-19) closing was pushed back a week into the next month. This caused closing cost to increase last minute. However, I feel Tate kept us in the loop on what was going on.

Alicia helped me through my loan process every step of the way. She and her team were extremely quick to respond, friendly, and knowledgeable. Alicia was very patient with all of my questions as a first time homebuyer, and explained everything so that I understood it.
