I highly recommend working with Tate Parker at Southern Trust Mortgage. Very professional and always responsive. He stepped in later in the process when another bank backed out due to being non warrantable condo... and got the loan to closing rather quickly.
It was a pleasure working with Brian. He was fast, efficient, and very easy to work with. It was our first time buying a home and Brian made it stress free.
Tate was an absolutely pleasure to work with. The service he provided was 2nd to none. although it is stressful buying a house jake and his assistant tiffany were great they were very helpful through the whole process. if and when I buy another house I will definetly be calling jake. my overall experience with them was great.
