Jake came highly recommended from a co-worker and my experience with him was also amazing! He's extremely thorough, responds very quickly and spent a lot of time explaining every step of the home-buying process. This was my first home so I had a lot of questions and needed a fair amount of guidance. Jake met with me in person twice and responded to my emails within hours. I cannot tell you in enough words how satisfied I have been from having Jake as a lender for our first house! We have worked with him for almost a year and every single time we talked, wether through email or in person, he was so nice and understanding and informative and kind! Any question I had (and I had quite a few of them) he was sure to answer them thoroughly! This has been a roller coaster of a process and I don’t think it could have been any better without Jake!
