I would highly recommend Jake! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. He walked me through whole process and answered all my questions. Tiffany has also been great and very responsive. Overall, my first home buying experience has gone smooth and I am extremely happy!

Excellent experience, very professional. Tate provided a higher level of service since the approval process was a bit unconventional. Loan was approve in a timely manner allowing for a quick closing date on the property. Would recommend Tate highly to anyone else contemplating purchasing a property in that area.
