Brian was very responsive throughout the process. We were first-time home buyers, and Brian was able to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. He helped us close on a beautiful house in a highly compressed time frame, and we appreciate his efforts. While we unfortunately never got the opportunity to meet Brian in-person, we were very satisfied with the loan experience.
Tate Felts was great to work with. His attention to detail was second to none and whenever we had questions he was available right away to answer them for us.

Jake Smith and his team from Southern Trust did a phenomenal job of assisting my wife and I through the process to finance our new home. Due to delays outside of the builder's control, interest rates increased over the 18 months from when we signed our contract to when the home was completed. As a result, our mortgage rate was higher than originally anticipated. Otherwise, the process was seamless and went very smoothly.
Jake was very helpful in getting me through the lending process. I am a first-time buyer and Jake answered all my questions and made the entire process a breeze.
Jeff provided outstanding support. Jeff met with us on short notice and provided the rapid qualification we needed to proceed with our purchase. After that he guided us through to an on time closing, and cleared issues that might otherwise delayed the process.
Jake and his team were everything that we wanted when it came to buying our first house. Jake was very accommodating when it came to scheduling phone and in-person meetings. Both Jake and his team were also very patient while answering all of our ridiculous questions. I would highly suggest working with Jake, as he can make a complex process like buying a house seem effortless and stress-free.
