Alicia went over and beyond!! Returns phone calls and emails in a timely fashion (same day), on top of paperwork and forms, very knowledgeable. Alicia will tell you want you need to do with your credit to get you the best rate. Alicia has a great team that she works with. We have already referred people to her and we would use here again.

Our loan officer, Chris Edge, was so patient and answered our (many) questions thoroughly and clearly. He worked with us through several different loan situations, was always quick getting back to us, and made it possible for us to settle on a very short timeline.
