Jake was patient and helpful. He even made a house-call to go over all of our loan documents and answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lender!
We started our relocation journey the evening of Feb. 7th, when we were prepared to make an offer. Our agent got us in touch with Clare, who spent time that evening preparing our pre-approval letter. This was my second time dealing with Jeff, who was great thru the entire process again! He is very knowledgeable on all subjects loan related, and was available every time I reached out. Wouldn't borrow from anyone else!!
These guys, especially Jeff, are amazing. They got us preapproved within a few hours and we were able to immediately begin the hunt. They answered all of our questions (we are first timers, we had lots) professionally and promptly. Very, very helpful, strong recommendation to anyone!
Abby was very helpful by offering all the information I needed. She was always available, open to hear my concerns, and she was willing to assist even if the matter was outside her normal duties. I just don't have enough words to thank Abby for excellent service.
