Brian was fast responding to any questions we had and got us pre-qual letters in a jiffy. Helped us more than expected. Would use him for additional financing needs
Brian gave us helpful advice about different kinds of mortgage instruments, got us a great rate, and helped us close the deal in 30 days! This is the second time we have used Brian because he was so great to work with and was able to really find the best rate.
I've worked with Brian on three home loans now. The first two were for primary residences in Washington DC. I wish I would've thought of contacting him concerning a Florida investment home refinance sooner. It all took less than a month - super fast.

Brian is fantastic. He is very quick to respond via phone or e-mail and will go out of his way to make sure you understand what you need to do, and that everything is done as soon as possible on his end. Brian has walked me through refinancing my home twice. He is so responsive and can be reached very easily. He makes the process super easy and enjoyable. Many of my extended family memebers use Brian as well. He is our go to guy and we are lucky to have found him!
