Kris Webb and Pip were instrumental in my wife and I getting a loan that was an adjustable rate when other firms did have this product on our size loan. There was no crazy demands for documents, no lost documents, no pain for my wife and I. We gave minimum papers requested and Kris and Pip made it happen. This was the most pain free loan I have ever had the pleasure of obtaining

Kris and his team went out of their way to make my financing as easy as possible. They were able to get me in touch with their preferred affiliates for other home services I needed and set me up with a rad title company that was flexible and thorough with the closing. I have worked with him twice to get loans for purchase. He explained to me many options for my situation, and everything went very smooth and he always responded quickly to any questions I have. I would definitely work with him again if I ever need to get a loan again in the future.
