Brian was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with - my entire process took less than a month! The loan options he presented were very competitive and as a first time home buyer he was able to explain to me how the various offerings worked, and which could be best for my financial health - long term. I would absolutely recommend Brian and Southern Trust to anyone going through the home buying process!

Wes was able to get me in a home fast and easy with no troubles at all. After working with another lender crefco i had been robbed of my money and treated poorly. Wes and his team got me in my house in less than a month with no issues at all would recommend him and his team to anyone.

My wife and I recently worked with Chris to purchase our first home. Needless to say, we were full of nerves and questions! We are so thankful for Chris. Jake explained and walked us through step by step the process of purchasing our first home to make easy and less stressful as possible. He broken exactly the amount we needed to close on a house and the different loans/grants we were eligible for.

Andrew was very professional from the beginning to the end. He understands how to parse through complex tax returns and personal financials, and this sets him apart from most brokers who simply don't understand how to go the extra mile to really understand an applicant's true financial picture.

Alicia was great. She walked us through the process step by step, responded to any and all questions we had almost immediately and kept us in the loop of the progress the entire time. She has great attitude towards customer service and is very knowledgeable in her field. If you are looking for a home loan give her a call.

Buying a first home can be a daunting process: who should I trust? what don't I know? Jake immediately put me and ease and taught me everything I needed to know to purchase my first home. He was readily available with any questions I had and at no point did I feel like I was being "sold" to - Jake's first priority, at all times, was to make me comfortable and confident with the project.
