Kris and his team went way above and beyond any lender that I have ever worked with and I have lived in 3 different states. We ran into every inconceivable issue trying to close on a foreclosure. It took 7 months to get there and it only happened because of the dedication and hard work of Kris and his team. I highly recommend him.
Kris worked endlessly for at least 1 and a half years trying to get us approved. During this time he never treated us as a number but a person. He always was available day and night to answer any questions that came up. Kris never acted too busy for us. He came through and when you are pre approved with him it's as good as cash because he will close no matter what.
