Brian Picker was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely supportive (even doing fast-turn around approvals late on weekend nights in order to allow us to make short notice offers), and very responsive to all of our questions. We used a VA loan, and Brian was particularly helpful in walking us through the unique aspects of using a VA loan. He would drop everything to return our calls to answer the most minor questions that we had. I would definitely recommend him.
