Chris was very fast to respond to my questions, did everything in time manner and exactly as promised, every difficulty arising during the process was solved fast . My situation was not perfect and easy - self employed, so it did require some work from a lender. But everything went smooth, now I am a happy home owner.

I love Michelle! I originally consulted with her about 8 years ago and ended up purchasing in WV so she transferred me to a local broker there. Now, when I didn't really have the confidence to think I could actually own a home again after a nasty divorce and short sale, Michelle has made it happen! We worked with Justin as both the Loan Officer Assistant and then as he transitioned into the position of Loan Officer and took over processing our mortgage. He was knowledgeable about the process, professional throughout our dealings with him, and dedicated to his work. He was accessible via email or phone as needed, and met with us in person too. Though we did experience some delays, Justin had clear communication about the status of our closing. Highly recommend.

I found Chris through zillow and used his company for an investor cash out refi. Mortgage refi's are never fun but Chris guided through all the moving parts with ease. I plan to use him again for another house. Thanks!
