Jake was very helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, and was always available when we had questions or needed information. He always kept on top of things and made sure our loan was approved without a hitch.
I knew little about Southern Trust before we started the loan application process. Jake made the process as easy as possible and was always available to answer questions. He provided a worksheet with estimated closing costs which was spot on and spent time working through different mortgage options.
Brian helped me understand the loan process and kept me up to date with the interest rate. He made himself available to us when we needed him. He is a competent individual.
Brian was great to work with. He was easy to get a hold of, even took calls on weekends or evenings. Answered all our questions and we had a lot of them. No surprises with our rates and fees, we closed on time and he made the process very easy.
Jake made this an extremely seamless process. The home buying process can be extremely stressful but it that wasn't the case in this instance. He is a true professional in this industry and I would only use his team for all future housing transactions.
As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the lending process. From day one, Jake was available to answer questions and provide helpful insight. I never felt like "just a number" and never had trouble reaching him or his team if I had questions. Chris was very fast to respond to my questions, did everything in time manner and exactly as promised, every difficulty arising during the process was solved fast . My situation was not perfect and easy - self employed, so it did require some work from a lender. But everything went smooth, now I am a happy home owner.
