My system software update issue was not resolved and after waiting 3 hours, I left the dealership. My service consultant was not able to provide specific details on when or how this issue would be resolved. I've had my 2026 Honda for 2 months and, although this update is not preventing me using the car and could be considered a somewhat minor issue, the fact that the issue could not be resolved is leaving me not feeling good about my service experience.
Took three hours to do an oil and filter change. Ridiculous. Service advisor rushed me out and did not review the inspection report or alignment report. All recommended services were done somewhere else because they take too long. Just be glad I didn't respond to the Honda survey.
Felt transactional , no heart or customer service provided.
No ethical practice, suggesting repeat services inspite of telling that it was done in Firestone.

I do apologize for our error in recommendations. Our service team uses all resources possible to verify maintenance records to keep your vehicle is top condition, however Firestone does not report their records to Carfax.
The sunroof of my 2022 Honda Odyssey (purchased new from this dealership) EXPLODED while driving. Yes, the glass sunroof exploded into thousands of pieces while driving on the highway. Thankfully, my small children were not in the car at the time, and no accidents occurred when the explosion sounds scared the daylight out of us. Business response:
Repair coverage after the warranty period is dictated by the manufacturer and not the dealership. Your service representative did give all necessary documents to American Honda for review, however ultimately the decision is not at the dealership level.
Dealer prices it's rip off. I tried to get a new car and trade my car. Honda Odyssey 2015 with mileage 123,000 so what you did they try to find so many issue with the car so that the value of the car go down from $13,500-$3000. This to me is rip off that's not the way to deal business with the community.
The service advisor was super friendly and tried to help, but overall I'm still not happy. The system update didn't work and all of my settings are a mess! I'm going to have to make a second visit for something that should not require 1!
