Tried to rip my son off. Over priced work by several hundred dollars.
While this location is in my city. I schedule an appointment. Why did it take several hours for a radiator flush. Prior service took 3 hrs for an oil change n tire rotation. Im going back to Leith Honda. They are respectful of customers time.
Not really happy! They sold me a vehicle with transmission issues
It was good except every time I go there they tell me my car will be wash but when I pick up the car they said the car wash it's broken 3 times already
The worst experience I've had
Service manager said all ok until my next oil change , BUT then received email message saying I needed some $379 worth of work done! NOT happy !
The fasteners were not reattached to the skid plate after an oil change and it came down on the highway. It will need to be replaced. The TMS was not recalibrated after I got tires changed there and I had to come back to get it calibrated.
I always feel like the folks at Honda just want to sell me more services. Every time I've been here, they try to sell me something without even looking at my vehicle. When I decline, later on they say 'oh yeah, you'd be good for another year on that'. But they try to get me to do the service at the beginning because the computer recommends it. I also feel that they do not honor appointment times. If they did, an oil change would take 30 min, not 3 hours.
Maintenance was done 5/13 and just found out yesterday that engine covers wasnt fixed properly. Some screws are missing.
