The milage that is posted is not my true miles on my Car. They are less than that. Crown Honda, put a new Engine in my car. Service was ok. The advisor that I got was not very helpful. And I was shocked to learn that my regular advisor who I have had for the pass 7 years was no longer there. Just that this advisor was not a good listener. Car was not ready on time (still isn't); had to wait to get in in the morning to the service person. We bought this as a certified car and it is already having problems.
service charges high, trying to ripoff with hidden charges without detail descriptions. dealership making minimum $100 on hidden charges to each customers to increase their profit and big bosses bonuses.
It was great until we were pressed to buy the additional car warranty. The gentleman convinced us we needed it in the most desperate way . I am 80 and have no intention of needing something for such a long period of ownership of that car . My husband has dementia and I should never have him about the warranty we bought. I would say to you to ask your salesperson not to pressure elderly buyers. Thank you for this opportunity to express my feelings and hope you understand that I felt duped!
I contacted them when I saw the car was coming soon. A guy said he would call me as soon as the car arrived. I had seen it up for sale for at least 10 days before someone contacted me. It turned out fine because as soon as the photos and additional info came up for the car, I knew it wasn't the car for me. If it was though, and I was relying on someone to let me know when it came in amd it sold in 10 days, before I was notified, I would not have been happy.
The mom here- service has been pushing daughter to have her car alignment done. Car not pulling to Rt or left. No new tires! And has equal wear pattern on all 4 tires (there tire evaluation report shows equal wear). Thank goodness my daughter contacted me prior to authorizing. Not right!
I had an appointment for oil change and tired rotation, wait for 3 to 4 hours before lunch time or noon, but that work was not done. No happy that I had to wait for so long and even with an appointment the service to my car was not done.
This visit for service went smoothly, timely, and did what was needed.
Disappointing overall. They tried to lowball me on my trade in (by almost 50% of the value). I purchased the top-end trim van, and have had one tiny build problem after another. These are clearly factory defects, but are easily fixed and clearly no one at the dealer checks things.
