Terrible!!! Scheduled appointment to drop car off at 9:00 in the morning. I had it there at 8:45. I received a call at 2:00 in the afternoon that they werent able to get to it and needed to keep it an extra day. I agreed. They called the next day and said it was fixed and ready. 2 days later the same two warning indicators displayed. Ive now left 3 messages over a week period and have not received a call back!!!
I took my car in a few months ago and was told a part was needed and they would call when it came in. No call. Took it back in last week and guess what? Needed that same part and they dont have it. They will order it and call me when it comes in. Im not holding my breath.
Can't really trust honda anymore, employees justlooking to add things onto your bill with there free inspection. Trying to drive up the price of your bill. Spent over $13,000 in the past year for quoted as NEEDED services. Can't afford that, Can't trust what they tell you. Need somewhere you can trust to be honest with you about the services your vehicle needs, especially if your working on a budget. Only going there if I have no other choice and forced too, might try a further honda location.
The service advisor, Russell Willis was not very professional at all. After three hours he never called me to give me an update on the requested service of oil change, tire rotation and NC inspection. When I returned back to the shop, my car was still not ready. He later claimed that the car could not be inspected because it was within the 3 months time frame (not true). Overall, Russell and his manager "Ricky's" customer service skills could use some improving.
Don't waste your time going here. had rotate and balance done, when I got home the packet ( which the service advisor did not go over) said I needed an alignment too... why they did not ask if I wanted that done while I was there is just unacceptable... so now I have to go back for that ( to another dealership as I am done with Southpoint)... terrible, way over charged for minimal work done. their prices are more ridiculous than ever. charged almost $200.00 for just blowing up air where the windshield rain water drains while they had my car on a lift already for changing the oil.... also would not listen or reduce charge when I complained.
Do not drop your car off! They dont get to drop offs until everything else is done, even if you have an appointment. An additional 3 hours past approval to replace a battery is ridiculous.
They do not do what they say they will do. No credibility.

I live about 1.5 hr. from this dealership but always bring my car to them because this is where I bought it and have always brought it for service. Service in the past has always been excellent, but I don't know what happened this time. I had them order a part days in advance but when I brought the car in - the part was not installed, also the mirrors for the recall had not been ordered. That means I drove an hour and a half for no service.
