He discussed all the work needed or that I should keep in mind, we made decisions on repairs together with a clear understanding of purpose/costs,, and the car was ready on-time. Also, as a Costco member, I used my coupon to reduce charges. Just need to be aware and discuss ahead shop charges added to bill in addition to estimates. And check your service records for past work.
