wait, wait and more wait plus lots off wait
I waited over 3 hours for an oil change after having an appointment for 8 AM.
Very poor service . First and last time for this dealar
I called ahead because last time all the parts needed were not there when I arrived for the oil change. I also waited 5 plus hours the last time for an oil change. I called to verify that the needed parts would be there and I was advised that they were already ordered and there. Upon arrival I was told the part was not there and it would take at least an hour and a half for it to be delivered. I waited almost 3 hours for the oil change.
The techs /mechanics at Southpoint Honda was trying to entice me to get services done on my CRV that were not needed. When I asked about this I was told by a female receptionist that Southpoint Honda can't look on line and see what services another Honda dealership has done to a vehicle, yet they promote the services without asking the customer if they have had it done! It seems that Southpoint Honda is trying to take advantage of customers. I will not recommend this dealership.
I purchased brand new from here and less than 6 months needed recall work that would take 7 plus hours to repair and service service sept advised I had to schedule for a week day and did not want to accommodate a loaner. I have children and kids and this was Not convenient. A manager finally approved a loaner for me so after I got the service and oil change the next day my minder light on dashboard is lit up that I need service because they did not reset it. I've been having my car serviced there since I moved here around seven years ago, and I've been generally satisfied. This time several things bothered me.
