Vehicle not finished correctly, and poor customer service
Didn't want to recheck alignment. Didn't want to refund me for losing my registration card. This is after my first experience was frustrating to no end. I will not return other than the oil changes I prepurchased.
Service agent is nice. The dealership always tries to buy my car and lowball me. They also sent me out with low tire pressure after a rotation, they dont even bother making sure each tire is at the correct pressure.
This place hasn't changed, every time you drive into service everyone ignores you everyone acts like they are busy, I was standing there with no customers around and 10 service advisors same old place! Also the never secured the plastic underneath the car correctly and on my way home my car sounded like garbage!
I scheduled my appointment on the website (8:15am) and selected to wait for my vehicle. Once I pulled in the garage and met my representative, they parked my car in the park lot behind the garage. I waited for a hour before I spoke an employee about the status of my vehicle. They proceeded to apologize and mentioned that they were behind/short staff. My appointment was at 8:15am but I left there at 10:55am. Unacceptable! This could have been mentioned beforehand or at least an update of the status.
The stole money out of my car and went through my belongings and took 3 hours to complete and oil change for a scheduled appointment
Sales associate was extremely condescending. My car still is pulling to the left after I paid for an alignment and tire balancing.
I was bringing my car in for recalls. This was over a week before that I made the appointment. I find out late in the day of the appointment they don't have the part to make the repair. i don't understand how they schedule an appointment where they know they need a part and not make sure it's on hand. Further they had told me they could cut keys over the phone but told me when I arrived my 3rd party keys aren't something that can they can cut. Nearly $300 for new keys to be cut and programmed. Went far a Recall and NC State inspection. They failed my inspection for Rear shock absorbers leaking which are not even a part of the items that are included in the inspection. I took my car to a different shop and they showed me that the shocks were not leaking!!! I was able to get my inspection from the other shop. Southpoint Honda did refund my money but wasted 2days of my time. It was a very unpleasant experience.
