I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 1:00, expecting to be there about an hour (like normal). At 2:30 my car was FINALLY taken back for service. About 30-45 minutes later I get a text message with a picture of a still new looking air filter saying it needs to be replaced (only 10,000 miles on the car). The whole ordeal was about 2.5-3 hours. I dont understand why my car wasnt taken back until an hour and a half AFTER my appointment.
The finance managers sold me the warranty and maintenance plan saying that it is tied to the interest rate - which is blatant lie. I am trying to get the maintenance plan cancelled, but having a tough time getting hold of somone.

Terrible, they dont know what they are doing.seems like No communication and give us wrong information and make us wait till the car should be done with service and at the end give the excuse that we came on wrong day we should come back the other day. Poor management!!!
Not a reflection on the employees at all, but management changed their policy of free tire rotation with purchase of tires and didnt inform the employees. So I go in expecting a freebie only to be told oops, new owners changed the policy, so very sorry. I felt bad for the employee who had to break the news to me. Two visits with the new owners and I dont have a good feeling. After doing business with Crown Honda for more than 25 years with no complaints, Im going to miss them.
I had an extremely frustrating experience and would have switched to a different salesperson if it wasnt unprofessional to do so.

Oil status reset was not done . not sure if they actually did the oil change or not. recaliberation was not done after wheel rotation. got low pressure alert during my holiday long drive because of this
