One of the worst experience I had in Sadona Everything The room was in bad shape, dirty, the ceiling fan didn't stop clicking, the bathroom door handle cam of trapping my son in the bathroom, and the “gym” is a single treadmill.

Don’t plan to ever stay here again. Breakfast was minimal. Folded scrambled eggs or pancakes. No meat. Coffee, juice, muffins, bread, bagels. Served until 10 am but eggs ran out at 9:20. Hostess did offer to make more eggs. Bugs in room. Front desk manned part of day by a young lady in the Philippines on a tv monitor at the front desk who you could talk to. Room was small but well decorated. View from balcony was great.

After check in, upon returning from our event…someone r et law was checked into our room. Other visitors noisy. At the pool and in their rooms. Close to the purpose of the visit.

Overall terrible, missed wedding due to Hotel maintenance issues Our shower didnt work, We missed cocktail party due to this. Maintenance was scrambling for solution. After 45 min moved to a different room. Missed pre wedding party. No acknowledgement from managagement. Shouldve been discounted. Major inconvenience. Didnt care about our ruined experience. Ugh They honored our request of early check in.

Despite some inconveniences, our stay was great. The photos are very nice. But they are deceiving. The rooms were basic and things like the fireplace and lamps were not working. The heating system was very noisy. It was a good location.

I should have stayed at the Marriott. They say they offer breakfast but that wasn't a breakfast, cereal and oatmeal. People in they're pajamas in the breakfast area. Sorry don't know you that well. The fitness room was also pathic. A closet someone put a treadmill in. EV charging station didn't work. There was no staff on property until Monday. Heating unit was very noisy. Half the TV stations were inaccessible. Room was clean. Water was hot.

Average at best Highway, distance from Sedona, old mattress with springs, noisy heater, motel vs hotel. View of red rocks, though looking over parking lot and highway.

Absokutely zero bang for that buck. Super disappointing. I was floored by the quality of this property, given the $333 price tag. We booked Southwest Inn for a quick visit to Sedona for my husband’s birthday. We were checked in via an automated system and had one brief interaction with a staff member when we asked where the ice machine was. We were placed in a first floor room right next to the office with a view of the parking lot.
