Not happy! We would not recommend South West Inn at Sedona Ariz, to our fellow travelers There are a number of issues. Some are obvious, but others can not be corrected. We are seasoned travelers, stayed four days, Normally, we would not comment on quality, we'd just note it and never return to the location, but felt this was just too over-the-top not to mention Examples of dissatisfaction include: A. would not recommend to my friends or family. it was bare bones for the amount of money I spent. staff was unpleasant. w staff had a horrible attitude, no wash cloths, asked for an iron and it was dirty, no ironing board, staff’s bad attitude made the stay unpleasant bed was comfortable, morning coffee was very good, hot water and good water pressure

It was adequate The staff was not very friendly especially when checking out, the young man with the beard did not even ask us we enjoyed our stay or greeted us. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The room was adequate and clean

Fair Bathroom door wouldn't close. Fridge outlet didn't work. Room needed maintenance. A bit run down and outdated for the price. Good location.

very far to get to town no Ubers snowed and they didn’t even have a shovel very hard to get out of the room down the stairs it was very cozy room

Bad automated concierge is very uncomfortable. please hire someone local that can give advise about Sedona & please get rid of that excuse for an exercise room.

it was a nice place to stay one night. the bed was really uncomfortable. the landscape could have been trimmed back a bit so it wasn’t overhanging the walkway the location was great. room was clean

We paid way to much for just a place to sleep. Actual staff to help guests. I didn't even know where the breakfast was located for us to utilize it. There was no staff to talk to. Every time I went into the lobby I had to talk to a kiosk with a girl sitting somewhere with a screen behind her. I couldn't understand her and it was very impersonal. I couldn't even check out the day we left because the lobby was locked at 6 am. Super frustrating. Not much of anything
