Let down??? The hot water for tea was luke warm. Coffee was warm. No bread, just bagels. It was a letdown. I would have given my stay a 10, but the breakfast brought it down, so much so that the last day we did bother to go for breakfast. Loved all the fruit, yogurt, and eggs were good.

Nothing promised offered not even easy to access tv From the virtual overseas robot kiosk at check in during normal business hours to the filthy spa tub i specifically booked the room for to the anemic mini muffins and waxy red apples as breakfast this was a fail. Sedona

My stay was fine, just disappointed about the lack of view Not what it was advertised as. No view. Too close to busy road. Not enough lights in the room, it was very dim. Nice room, clean and comfortable.

Horrible cleanliness and not disabled friendly. There were dead bugs in the room (I took pictures), there was a kiosk where staff would check you in remotely (which to me, is not very customer centric), and it took me a while to find the breakfast area. This place is definitely NOT for people with handicaps or people bad with stairs (which we were). The view from the hotel after coming out of the room was nice.

Disappointing No front staff, no gym!! Pool and hot tub in the parking lot, basically. Way too much money for what you get. Nice room

Not worth the money based on the uncomfortable mattresses. Mattress was horribly uncomfortable. After paying for the best room in your hotel, I expected better bed than I got. Companions also complained about their mattress as well. I paid $700 for 2 rooms for 1 night. That's an expensive stay for less than 24 hours. I will probably not return to your hotel because of the mattresses. Check-in was fast, smooth. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

Terrible Lack of adequate staffing. We saw Manager one during a 3 day stay at check in. Paid $856 for 3 d=night stay. Breakfast offering terrible: Poured a cup of coffee that was light tan someone forgot to add the coffee. Cereal was all over the floor. Tables had not been cleaned. No one available to complain too. We did not bother to return for breakfast the next to days. Resort fee really this is no resort. Tiny pool end of driveway. Hot tub middle of the buildings and driveway. No room service for 3 days. Glad I only had 1 night to try and sleep on that bed! A full buffet breakfast , for $300 a night! The bed was uncomfortable! The fireplace ,

The overall property was in a great location, the company individual unit was dirty and needed maintenance. Upon arrival I noticed a stain on the carpet/bed skirt. I then found infant socks under the bed with an empty apple juice bottle. One could assume that the stain was baby puke by the look of the texture. I was told someone would be in to clean it the next day, but no one ever showed. Every time you sat on the toilet it felt like it was going to rip out of the wall.
