Completely rude, my puppy ate pesticide and I brought her in for an emergency and asked if they could bill me so I didn’t have to pay all right then and there and they got mad at me , I paid it but I really see that they are in this for the money rather than helping animals in need
Horrible care. No sympathy and you can NEVER get ahold of the doctors no matter how severe your situation.
I am so upset with Spanaway vet I called twice & left messages to speak to the office mgr about their treatment of Cooper last wed. She never called back so I called again this morning. All she could say is I appreciate your feedback " I will attach a picture of what they did to Cooper when they not just muzzled him but the vet had the tech tighten it because she was uncomfortable with Cooper. Mind you she suspected a bleeding disorder. This is under his chin when they were done with him. Sorry it is graphic.
This is one of the worst clinics I have been to yet..we had a 16 month old pit sick from parvo...not only was the staff rude to us and rough with our dog...but they made it a point to let us know that although we had 100 of the 150 they expected they would not help her because they closed in 15 min...I have never been so mad and upset as I was the other day...they could care less that the dog was suffering they cared that we didn't have all of the money. they expect....since when is it all about the money and nothing about t... read more
I just got a call from a friend who took her sick pup in there with parvo virus. Because she's financially tapped, she was sent away without even giving the dog some fluids to give her dog a fighting chance and her more time to get more money. I live far and your clinic is closed now so all she can do now is be with her until morning. My puppy had it when i got her home first day and took her to a clinic in Belfaire. I’ve never had a worse experience with a vet. Where do I start...? FIRST: one of the vets pushed me into giving my dog a vaccine he didn’t need (lepto). Within days, he started having jaw soreness. SECOND: I called the vet to make an appt. when my dog started showing symptoms: limited jaw motion, pain, and inflammation. They do not allow you to be with your Pet when they are put down. Mine was an emergency situation and i didn't want my Cat to suffer more by traveling else where so she had to Pass with strangers. As soon as they took her from me the next question was, 'Can you go take care of the Bill while we complete the Procedure'.
Never going back after how I was treated yesterday with my dog being in a car accident and in shock and they proceed to tell me "sorry we're booked".... seriously? But you're suppose to be a vet clinic to care for animals? I will be stopping by to get my dogs file and transfer her vet clinics.
