Terry Marcum was a respectful, and extremely kind man to work with. He was NEVER pushy or overbearing, and completely respected all of our wants and needs when making the decision to purchase. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership (this was our second purchase from them), but even more, we recommend asking for Terry when you're ready to buy!
Very professional and knowledgable salesman. Todd Blackwell made us feel comfortable and there was no pressure to buy. We had been talking to Todd about a particular car and when we got there the car had been sold , but they made it right . We purchased a 2016 Highlander at a great price. We will definitely come back!!
Went in to purchase my first new car and was guided through the process by Bobby Hemphill. Bobby made the process very short and simple and got us a deal that satisfied my initial wants almost exactly. I was never really pressured into one option or another and the deal was always a deal for me, not for them. Sparks has definitely earned a loyal customer here. Two thumbs up!
