I went to look at cars and was approached by Joe Gildea. He was very helpful in making selections based on my budget. He took me around showing me all of what they had to offer and explained in detail of my options. I decided on a 2016 camry and it took me a few days to decide on what I was going to do. Took my 2004 Tundra in for a airbag recall. Was told that it would take a few hours so I decided to stay and look at some new models. After about a hour, the repairs were done. Service department was very friendly and even got a call back the next day.
Just purchased my 4th Toyota from Sparks...had 3 Prius now a 2016 Camry which I love, love, love always had all my cars serviced with them never had any trouble! Charles Eberly was a wonderful salesman helped me with my purchase and made sure upon delivery that the car sparkled he knew how fussy I am. Thank you!
Could not be happier with my experience buying my 2015 rav4. Our salesman John McGuckin took an experience I usually hate and made it easy and enjoyable. The finance dept was also so easy to work with. If your looking for a new vehicle I would Highly recommend seeing John at Sparks Toyota.
