Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and an alignment that we have been complaining about since we got the car a year ago. Sparks said we were all set but when we went down the street the alignment was worse so we took it back. Now they told us that the belts are separating and they can’t do the alignment unless we purchase new tires. Car is only a 2024. The alignment sheet she showed us in alignment. After driving down the street not even a mile and came back your drive through machine said we were out of alignment.... read more

Worst service department ever. Charged for unnecessary, unapproved service. Never even received a phone call. They called my son (who is a teenager) for which they did not tell him the work they wanted to do was above and beyond what the warranty covered. Took advantage of a kid to the tune of almost $600 on a truck that just hit 3 years old.

Had an awful experience here! We found two different cars and called about them prior to driving over an hour to see them. One they lost the keys to then said we didn’t want it anyways that it had a “clunk” and talked us into driving something else. Turned out they were trying to sell us cars way out of our price range instead. The other vehicle we came to see, the gave us a price of double what we were told the day before when we called. worst customer service. dropped my car off night before for an 8:15 appointment the next day. Never called me. I called 3 times told them prior I needed it ASAP because I was going out of town. they said no problem. At 3:45 I called Again and they said the car was ready but they were closing at four so I had to pick it up on monday. Unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager and my caseworker.And they said everybody had left so they referred me to their voicemail.I'm setting it

If you were thinking about buying a vehicle here and getting it serviced, don't. Although they are great at apologizing (which is probably because they do so much of it) they are quite incompetent at managing the schedule and time they quote you. Then when you do get your vehicle back, the services rendered are incomplete or incorrect. I was in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall serviced which I was told would take 2 or 3 hours, therefore I decided to stay local and have breakfast as this wouldn't be enough ti... read more

They charged me the same price for a used car as it would cost new everywhere else. It has staining and small scratches and would have beem cheaper if I had driven to another dealer. But they were nice and my car is fine. Closing was fast. It's a Rav4 and kinda sounds like a lawnmower turning on compared to my old car that had a V8. Just remember to do your research about prices before purchasing :)
