Terrible experience with sales here. Saleswoman became incredibly rude when I informed her I need to shop around some more before a major purchase. Even if I do purchase a Toyota, it will most definitely not be at Sparks Toyota!

I travel for work and took my new 2023 Toyota Corolla for it first oil change at 8500 miles there. The tires have nitrogen and green valve stems caps. The tech took the caps off I guess to check the pressure which was unnecessary and didn’t put back on. In addition after driving the car from Myrtle Beach to Greenville heard a noise from underneath the car. Pulled over and found the plastic oil pan cover hanging down. Technician did not secure the cover. The part to fix it costs $355. They took care of it when I took it... read more
We did not have a good experience, but they did make it right in the end after multiple phone calls, including to corporate, and public posts. I’d highly recommend reading through all paperwork carefully and making sure you’re getting the exact car you want, not something they just happen to have coming in soon.
