well, what started out as a horrible experience was only saved by a sevice manager who did the right thing. Here is my warning....be SURE to carefully read that paper they give you to sign to service. Notice how they have worded it, or it could end up costing you a lot of money. That was the first problem. If it is not worded how you said it, have them redo it before you sign. Called about a used Highlander. Sales told me he would have to check to see if vehicle was still in inventory, his only interest was for to come in on a vehicle they obviously don’t have in stock. Received no call back and sales people don’t understand they are missing opportunities. Long time Toyota family member but that could change as Sparks doesn’t have interest.

Brought truck for service on trailer brake control . I advised them of problem but never advised to bring trailer. Two hours later said it was fixed it is not and told if not you would have to bring trailer why not say that in first place. A 142.00 service fee not fixed and very disappointed customer poor service

Thank you for the feedback. According to the information provided to us the issue was that the trailer brake controller was off and needed to be turned back on. The technician went over all of the wiring, tested the connections, and performed a software update. Based on our diagnostic tools the trailer brake controller has been tested and is working. Put deposit down, agreed on price and when the vehicle came in they wanted to add a 10k market adjustment. My family has purchased 7 vehicles from Sparks and we will not EVER purchase another one from them. It’s a short drive to Florence

while bringing my 2016 Tacoma in for an oil change, the technician broke a couple bolts. they then had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for the repairs. I asked if I was in there home fixing a leak and broke a window, would they pay for the repairs or expect me to repair them? I was then told the scenario wasn't the same. I was flabbergasted that Tim had the nerve to tell me that. yes I have submitted a complaint with the BBB and the AG's office is next. I would strongly suggest against entrusting your vehicles with them

Very disappointed in Sparks. Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, plus eco block service. I guess they overbooked cause I have to inconvenience myself and come back in two weeks to do the eco block.

People are friendly at check in but technician spilt oil on intake cover and left cover off positive side of battery. Sloppy work, and expect a lot more when I go to a dealer like Sparks Toyota. If oil was spilt you would think he could of took a rag and wiped it off cover.

They’ll sell you a used car for only 38K and it comes with a broken gas tank and a leaking roof! Great deal I must say! You’ll get to know everyone at your local gas station as you’re there to fill up all the time.
